DPL Concludes Another Successful Supervisory Development Programme, Shaping Future Leaders
At Dipped Products PLC (DPL), empowering the next generation of leaders is at the heart of our growth strategy. The Supervisory Development Programme is a key part of this mission, designed to develop leadership and technical skills that will drive innovation and operational excellence across the organization.
This year, we celebrated the completion of another cohort of 20 dedicated participants from various departments across our factories. Together, they contributed a total of 788 training hours, each averaging 39.4 hours of intensive learning. The programme covered a diverse range of modules, from Leadership & Team Building to Kaizen Training and Time Management.
Throughout the programme, participants embarked on projects aimed at delivering innovation and enhancing operational improvements. These initiatives reflect the ongoing commitment of DPL to foster creativity and efficiency within the organization.
The ceremony, held at our DPL head office, included highlights such as the lighting of the oil lamp, speeches from our Managing Director and Head of HR, and the presentation of certificates and medals to the graduates. The event was a true celebration of their journey and transformation into future leaders.
